Since it is hot and humid outside, you cannot leave your hair open. This is that time of the year when you can experiment with your hairstyles. There are a variety of new cute updos. Buns, twists, knots, braids, and ponytails are great options. There is a lot of variety in these as well. You can use a lot of cute hair pins, rubber bands or scrunchies. Protect your skin and hair-   

No doubt we have mentioned enjoying the sunshine, but sun rays also damage the skin and hair. So, it is most important to apply sunscreen during the summer. Your sunscreen should be a minimum of SPF-30, and apply it to everywhere like the face, hands, neck, or anything exposes to the direct rays of the sun. UV rays also damage the hair. You can apply sun care spritz or wear a hat. And, if you go swimming, wash your hair well because pool water is usually chlorinated water. Sustainable skincare is very important.  

  

Keep yourself hydrated-   

The most important tip for summer is to stay hydrated constantly. Because of the sun, the body can easily get dehydrated. So drinking water is an essential thing. You can experiment with various types of water, including cucumber, mint, lemon, or some berries. Eating more water-content fruits like watermelon, peach, muskmelon, and strawberries will also help you to stay hydrated. Consuming more water will keep your skin glowing and your hair healthy.
