Trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder

Marvel Studios has released a slew of teasers, trailers, and TV spots for Thor: Love and Thunder in the last few weeks, as the film is due out in less than a month. In the first trailer, we saw Chris Hemsworth’s Thor grapple with his own inner demons, aided by Star-Lord himself, Chris Pratt. In the first trailer, Valkyrie as King of New Asgard was also shown, as well as exciting glimpses of Russell Crowe’s Zeus and Natalie Portman’s Mjolnir-wielding Jane Foster.

These newer glimpses of our heroes fighting alongside the Guardians to defeat Gorr, the God Butcher, played by Christian Bale, have been very helpful.

The Cast of Thor: Love and Thunder

It’s Chris Hemsworth’s turn to reprise his role as Thor, the Norse God of Thunder. Tessa Thompson, who plays Valkyrie, the new ruler of New Asgard, joins him. for Loki fans, it has been announced that Tom Hiddleston will not be returning.

Natalie Portman was brought on stage at this point. This time she’ll be back as Jane Foster, but not just any Jane Foster. Jane Foster, the Mighty Thor, will be a character straight out of Jason Aaron’s legendary mid-2010s Thor run, regardless of whether she’s from another universe or not. The fact that her character is going to be treated for cancer was also revealed by Portman just a short time ago.

It has been revealed that Russell Crowe will be playing Zeus in the movie, so we can expect a lot of lightning when the two thunder gods come face-to-face.

In addition to Sif, Jaimie Alexander has returned to reprise her role from Thor: Ragnarok, while other MCU characters, such as Matt Damon, could be in the works. In Asgard, the actor portrayed a performer who was portraying Loki.

Taika Waititi will reprise his role as Korg in the upcoming film.

Along with Vin Diesel as Groot, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Dave Bautista as Drax, and Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Star-Lord Chris Pratt will appear in the new Thor film. Because Bradley Cooper is also back, we can assume that Rocket Raccoon is too. The Galaxy’s Asgardians reappear.

Since the film is out in just over three weeks, we’d be concerned if we didn’t have an official synopsis. It is written as follows: “Unlike anything he’s ever faced, Chris Hemsworth’s character, Thor, embarks on a journey of self-discovery in this film. His retirement is interrupted by Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), a galactic killer who seeks to wipe out the gods.

King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) are summoned by Thor to help him fight the threat. To Thor’s surprise, Mjolnir, Thor’s magical hammer, is wielded as the Mighty Thor by Jane. In order to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and bring him to justice before it’s too late, they embark on a harrowing cosmic journey together.

A few Marvel fans are speculating that Thor is actually dead, and others believe that a mystery character was edited out of a particular scene. Jane and Valkyrie have just been unveiled in a new photo, which reveals a connection to Black Panther in the form of Bast, the Wakandan goddess. What may happen is still up in the air.

Another storyline will be dedicated to Valkyrie’s search for a partner to rule New Asgard with. “She’s the queen.” After failing to locate her queen, “she’ll just have to rule as both king and queen,” she says. For the time being, speculation is all that can be done.
