Cavity Wall Insulation grants are available at no cost to help cover the entire cost of Cavity Wall Insulation professionally done. The property must also be owned or rented.

You must also decide if you rent or own your property from a private landlord. We cannot assist Council or Housing Association tenants if you own more than 50% of the property.

* Ventilation is not enough and cannot be fitted.
